End of the Year Party
Join us on May 15th from 6-8PM as we celebrate a wonderful year of flipd.
The Gathering
A night for middle school and high school students to come together for worship, to meet new people on a similar journey in Christ, to pray for one another, and to connect with God. Joining youth from across Stark County, The Gathering is an opportunity to have a night of worship to remind us that we are not alone but are partaking in this journey with Christ together, no matter our church. Participating churches so far include Faith Family, Rivertree, Christ United Methodist, Chapel in Marlboro, First Christian and First Friends. Oh...and free pizza at the end of the night :)
Cool Project
On June 4th, participate with your family in the Community Outreach Of Love (COOL) Project. The COOL project is a day of outreach in the community in which groups of people and/or families clean up Canton neighborhoods.
Rock Climbing
Join us June 22nd from 12PM-6PM to go Rock Climbing at Lisbon Rock Quarry. Be sure to eat lunch before you come and bring a water bottle. Cost is $8 and registration is due no later than June 19th.
Geauga Lake
Join us on July 7th for an adventure to Geauga Lake from 9:30AM-6:00PM. Pack a lunch to bring and we'll provide the coolers and drinks. Cost is $21 and registration is due no later than June 26th.
GWHAH
Join us on July 30th for GWHAH. GWHAH stands for Gigantor-Worldwide-Human-Adventure-Hunt. If you're ready for a exciting escapade exploring SE Ohio, then join us from 1PM-8PM. Cost is $5 and registration is due no later than July 24th. This activity will include dinner (covered in the cost).
Capture the Flag
Join us at the church from 6-8PM on August 16th for an epic competition known as capture the flag. Please Register by August 14th! Cost is $0 (aka free!). Ice cream to follow.
Shack-A-Thon
This is a whole family overnight even from August 19th-20th. Flipd is partnering with the Justice League for this activity. Visit www.hopeshack.com to register or visit the booth at FFC every Sunday until the end of July. Initial sign up cost is $10 and participants are encouraged to fundraise another $40. Proceeds benefit Refuge of Hope.
