Through pen-pal relationships, flipd partners with CLM (an orphanage in Brazil) to provide friendship and prayer. As a group, we are committed to praying for CLM as a whole, but also for the faces of CLM. CLM is currently home to about 30 children who are patiently waiting to see how God will work in their lives as well as hoping that he will place them in a forever family. Mike and Mary Cochran, former members of the First Friends family, are actively serving at CLM as well as adjusting to their new family (they have recently adopted 3 children).
Want to support our CLM partnership? There are several ways in which you can support our partnership with the first and foremost being prayer. Another great way to support our partnership is to take time to write to the kids at CLM. Yet another great way is to take some time to familiarize yourself with Mike and Mary's blog as well as match some of the faces of CLM to their names.
Currently, flipd is working on a tie-dyeing project so as to send the kids at CLM tie-dye shirts for Christmas. We still have more to do so find out how you can help!
