Week Long Opportunities
Our summer trips give us an incredible chance to get outside of our comfort zone and serve others all over the place. God's calling on our lives is to be his agents of redemptive change, who, through the power of his Spirit, work to restore our lives & and the lives of others to the way he created us to be. This year we have three missions going out, striving to put this into practice through some unique opportunities.
Fundraisers:
Don't let the cost of a trip keep you from participating. We've got several fundraisers coming up over the next few months to help make the trip costs more doable for you. Please plan to help in whatever way you can with all of our fundraisers (even if you don't need the money)!
Fazolis - During the month of February, anyone who goes to Fazolis on Everhard Road and turns in a ticket (also found in the middle school room) will earn flipd money for this summers trips. We'll be receiving 15% of Fazoli's profits for every ticket that gets turned in.
Chick-fil-A - We will be given 250 tickets from Chick-fila. Every ticket that is turned in between March 15-27 will earn flipd $1 towards this summer's trips.
Work Days - We'll be doing work for different people in the church and community over the span of four Saturdays (April 3 & 10 and May 1 & 8). All work will be done in groups of 3-4 students accompanied by an adult leader or parent. More information about this fundraiser is coming soon!
Luncheon - On Sunday, April 25 we'll be having a mission luncheon after church. Anyone and everyone is invited to come down to the middle school and high school rooms to be served by those going on our trips. There will be two seatings, beginning at 11:00 am.
Chairs - We're full through March, but there are lots of days open in April, May, and June. Please sign up asap to reserve your spots! Students are allowed to work a maximum of 6 hours per month.

All applications are due by Sunday, February 14th with a $50 non-refundable deposit.
Team Training:
6th grade - April 11, 18, & 25, May 9 & 16, June 27 from 9:30-10:40 am
7th grade - April 11, 18, & 25, May 9 & 16, June 6 from 9:30-10:40 am
8th grade - April 11, 18, & 25, May 9 & 16, July 11 from 9:30-10:40 am
Parent Meeting:
There will be a parent meeting on Sunday, June 6 at 7PM in the middle school room. This will be the final parent meeting before all the trips head out for the summer. Final deposits are due by the parent meeting.
